This page explains what we collect when you request an invitation to Soulais, why we collect it, and how to get it removed. It is short because we collect very little.
Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into the invitation form on this site: your name and email address, which are required, and your company and phone number, which are optional and can be left blank.
We do not collect anything else about you from this site.
What we do not do
This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no third-party scripts. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is nothing here that follows you anywhere else.
Why we collect it
To contact you about Soulais — demonstrations, early access opportunities and product availability. That is the reason the form exists and it is the only thing we will use your details for. We do not sell them, and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
Two suppliers necessarily touch a submission on its way to us: Vercel, which hosts this site and receives the form submission, and Resend, which delivers it to our inbox as email. Both process it only to get it to us. Once it arrives it sits in our own email, which is hosted by Microsoft.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is clear we no longer have a reason to hold it. There is no fixed period, and if you would like it gone sooner, ask.
Your choices
Email hello@soulais.ai to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will not ask you why. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Email from us
We will only send you what you asked for. Every message we send carries a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops all of it.
Changes
If this page changes, the date below changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we do with details already given to us.
